Invoice closeout emails the PDF to AP
Company admin emails the Helvetica closeout PDF from the invoice. Reply-To is the shop billing mailbox. Open invoices mark Sent and remember who got it. Check or QuickBooks. No Stripe.
- ●Invoice detail → Email PDF attaches the same file as Download PDF. Long jobs paginate so SKUs are not dropped.
- ●Demo invoices stay Demo. Outfit theme fonts and shop logo upload stay on invoice-pdf-polish (held). Did not invent Stripe.
