The sendable Billing PDF matches Lantern type: Outfit Regular and ExtraBold, navy header, orange rule. Company admins can upload a PNG or JPEG on Account so the shop mark prints on the closeout. Powered by Enlighten Studios stays in the footer.

Free seats map their own building. Live UniFi/switch/AP pull is Cable Pro or MSP, not a cheap add-on, because that is the shop’s controller — wiring Enlighten’s keys would leak the house. Ask to upgrade emails Mike. Check or invoice later. No Stripe.

Billing now shows the license your shop is on: what you pay each month, how many office and field seats you license against how many are in use, and which tools that tier unlocks. Enlighten sets it; you read it.

- ●Add a tech past your licensed field seats and Team warns first, priced from ADD-SEAT-FIELD on your own price book, with the new monthly total.
- ●What the tier unlocks is the same package switches the nav already follows — not a second list of checkboxes.
