   Tray tickets say what is wrong, and the shop board shows where they came from

   A ticket filed from the Lantern tray now carries the sentence the person at the PC typed, and it lands on Tickets with a from PC badge so a tech can tell it from one opened off a floor pin.

   • ●New ticket asks what is wrong before it sends. 500 characters, and the first words become the ticket title.
   • ●The tray ticket endpoint caps the body and limits one PC to 12 tickets an hour, so a stuck tray cannot flood the board.
   • ●Tickets keeps the same three columns. Only the badge is new.
   • ●The tray prompt itself turns on with the next PC agent version bump. Password hashes untouched.

   Open ticket, In Progress names, IP on plant lists

   Tickets say Open ticket. Take it puts In Progress and the tech’s first and last name. Click the name to filter their tickets. Computers, Phones, Cameras, and Switches lists show IP. My Locations vs Customer Locations is on the board for later.

   Tray New ticket files a shop ticket

   Right-click the Lantern PC Agent tray icon → New ticket. That POSTs HTTPS out and opens a shop ticket on the PC hostname. The Tickets column on Computers shows the open count.

   • ●Reuses /tickets. Not the Enlighten operator board. Not remote desktop.

   Launch board: three shop gaps from the live audit

   Walked the live Harborline app. Added Need to do cards for shop ticket close, mailing the invoice PDF, and device rows on the walk CSV. Did not invent a first building. No Stripe.

   Shop tickets can Take it and Done

   /tickets is the shop board. Company admins, techs, and Harborline demo seats mark Take it, Park, or Done on their own company’s tickets. Employees can read the list. Not the Enlighten operator board.

   Ticket from a floor pin

   On Floors, hover a jack, camera, or electrical drop and tap Ticket. That files a shop ticket on the drop with the path. Harborline testers use 214-A. Not the Enlighten operator board.

   Study B shows plant faults plus my tickets and jobs for techs, and the full five cards plus billing for company admin. Harborline has Tech / Admin previews. Operator /admin home is unchanged.
