New launch cards show time left as soon as they are added
Time left is how long that task takes to finish, not a blank bar until the 10-minute tick. The tick still restamps percent and remaining as work moves.
- ●A new Need to do line gets an 8h / 1d estimate immediately unless the catalog already has hours.
- ●Remaining is estimate × (1 − percent). lantern-launch-tick.timer restamps the label every 10 minutes. Password hashes untouched.
