   Need to do: phone-connected heat samples

   Being on the customer Wi-Fi does not let Safari or Chrome read dBm. Typed walk stays. An Android app could fill RSSI while connected and POST it out — iPhone still cannot. Not shipped.

   • ●wifi-phone-rssi — Android companion reads connected RSSI (WifiInfo.getRssi), optional neighbor scan, HTTPS out. Same shape as the switch collector.
   • ●iOS has no public RSSI or nearby-AP scan API. NetSpot on iPhone only speed-tests the associated SSID. Manual typed samples stay the iPhone path.
   • ●No controller scrape from the Plesk VM. wifi-heatmap stays the typed walk.

   Closet, Air, and heatmap are on the launch board

   MDF/IDF faceplates and port-to-circuit are checked. Remaining closet work is on /launch: company plant on Find/Lens, floors geometry, walk-sample heatmap, honest Air/Stats, server snaps. No live LDAP or switch scrape this phase.

   • ●Find home, Lens overlay, Phones, Air, and Stats read the company plant. Harborline keeps the Tacoma sample story.
   • ●Walk samples are the heatmap on a real building. Port legend no longer claims a live LDAP bind.
   • ●Still open: server Lens snaps, floors plate for an imported building, a real Waukesha plant file from Mike.

   Air heatmap is the walk, not demo AP circles

   Harborline Air no longer fills fake coverage circles from sample airtime. The colored blooms are typed RSSI. Orange dots are sample AP locations so you can still open an AP.

   • ●Strong / ok / weak walk blooms stay on the plan. A real building never gets Harborline AP heat fills.
   • ●The legend on Air names the walk colors. Sample AP dots are labeled sample — not a controller scrape.
   • ●Native iPhone RSSI is still not this phase. You type the meter.
