Logo kit 10 — notched lantern A
The review A on /brand now has a light-ray V-cut at the base and padding inside the square. Kit 9 stays. Kit 10 is twenty more lockups in the White word colors. Live favicon and header stay kit 8 option 3 until Mike picks.

Logo kit 9 — orange and darker purple
Twenty new lockups on one sheet at /brand. Same triangular A. More orange than the live tan, darker purple than the lavender ring. Live favicon and header stay kit 8 option 3 until Mike picks.

Share card names cabling, IT, and electrical
The iMessage / Open Graph card now says Lantern is a field tool for structured cabling, IT, and electrical professionals — not cabling only.
- ●Same Kit 12 #4 Baseline A lockup on public/og.png. Cache-bust is /og.png?v=kit12-4b so iMessage drops the old line.
- ●Did not invent a new mark. Header, favicon, and /brand stay Baseline A.

SMS / Open Graph card uses Baseline A
Sharing lantern.enlightenstudios.us in iMessage or on the web now shows the current Kit 12 #4 lockup — navy square, orange A, amber ray — not the old tan card.
- ●Share image is public/og.png (1200×630). Meta og:image and twitter:image point at /og.png?v=kit12-4 so iMessage drops the cached old card.
- ●Same Baseline A lockup as the header and /brand. Did not invent a new mark.

Baseline A is the live Lantern mark
Kit 12 number 4 is now the logo on the site — header, tab icon, and app icon. /brand is the finished page for that mark, with a zip of SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and business cards.
- ●Navy square, purple rim, orange notched A, amber ray, white word. The A in LANTERN sits on the letter line; the ray hangs below.
- ●Download the kit at /brand/lantern-logo-kit.zip. The old review sheets are off /brand.
- ●Hard-refresh if an old tan A is still in the tab.

Logo kit 12 — Long ray studies
Five more lockups on /brand, all off kit 11 #5 Long ray. Three change only the light-ray (short / medium / longer). Two keep that A the same width and stretch it so the bottom sits on the LANTERN baseline — feet on the line, or the ray tip on the line.
- ●Kit 12: 1 Short ray, 2 Mid ray, 3 Long ray XL, 4 Baseline A, 5 Baseline ray.

Logo kit 11 — bigger A, off Dry night
Ten more lockups on /brand, all built from kit 10 #6 Dry night. The A in the rounded square is bigger so it fills the square instead of floating in padding, and the A inside LANTERN is back to the oversized one from the early kits.
- ●Kit 11 varies ring weight, ray length, wordmark A size, and how dark the square fill sits. Orange A and white word throughout.
- ●Kit 9 and kit 10 are still on the same page. Live favicon and header stay kit 8 option 3 until Mike picks a number.

Lockup keeps its shape
The A + LANTERN mark was flattening because the img box was 184×64 while CSS set a shorter height. It now uses the real 1838×640 ratio.
- ●BrandLogo width/height match the PNG. CSS aspect-ratio 1838/640, max-width none, object-contain.
- ●Header mark no longer sits in a min-w-0 flex child that can squeeze it. Footer bulb unchanged.

Tab and lockup are the Lantern A, not the old lightbulb
Product chrome never falls back to the Enlighten lightbulb. The bulb stays in the Powered by footer only.
- ●BrandLogo fallbacks are lockup then /lantern-icon.png. The Enlighten lightbulb is not a header or tab icon.
- ●Favicon / apple-touch / PWA icons stay the purple-around-A square. Hard-refresh the tab if a cached bulb sticks.

Sign-in lockup is the public PNG, not the image optimizer
Login, signup, forgot, reset, marketing, pitch, changelog, and legal show icon + LANTERN from /lantern-lockup.png. Live /_next/image was 400ing the mark even though the PNG itself was fine.
- ●BrandLogo is a raw img to /lantern-lockup.png. Footer Powered by Enlighten stays /enlighten-icon.png. No Enlighten wordmark beside the lockup.
- ●next.config turns off the image optimizer so a leftover next/image cannot send chrome through /_next/image.
- ●remote-release copies the lockup into standalone and nginx httpdocs. Did not rewrite password hashes.
