   Walk pause stays on the plate

   Michael: Pause walk stops immediately, so the phone does not drop one more point off the floor plan. Heading follows the way the phone is facing, and heat plumes are about 2% larger. Re-download Lantern.apk (versionCode 13).

   • ●Pause cancels the next stride. A step that would leave the drawing is not recorded. Samples stay between 0 and 1 on the pad.
   • ●Facing uses a short average of the rotation vector and compass. One wild azimuth is ignored. Start walk still steps ahead from the one start pin.

   Walk steps from the start pin; Closets can add a switch

   Michael: after Choose floor and one tap where you stand, Start walk moves the pin and heat ahead on its own (heading and stride). On a closet rack, Add a switch sits above Add a patch panel — pick a switch already on the plant or type a name and ports. Re-download Lantern.apk (versionCode 12).

   On Air, the floor chip is the story you survey. Open Walk, tap where you stand, tap the way you will walk, face that way, and Start walk so the pin follows that drawing.

   Air is one 2D plan. After a heatmap walk, heat overlays that same drawing and AP dots stay visible through it. Hover or tap an AP for the card. Floors keeps PCs, data, cameras, and electrical as hoverable icons — no second heatmap plate.

   • ●Hard-refresh Air: heat paints on this plan, not a second floorplan. APs punch through the heat. Desktop hover and phone tap open the readable card.

   Air switches floors and names the access point

   On Air, the floor control sits above the plan. Switch Garage, First Floor, Second Floor, or any other floor on the building. The plan shows access points only. Hover the marker on a desktop, or tap it on a phone, to read the name.

   wifi-heatmap closes at 100%. Occupied grid cells average RSSI; an empty floor stays blank. Harborline sample AP dots stay labeled. A real building never gets Tacoma heat. Did not invent a street walk. Native iPhone RSSI stays wifi-phone-rssi.

   Home Air counts this shop's last controller pull

   Signed-in / now uses the same AP list as Air: last UniFi pull for that company, plus APs already on the plant. A friend shop with an empty plant file still sees their APs after Test pull. Harborline stays the compiled demo and never inherits another company's snapshot.

   A merge narrowed the controller model match, so in-wall access points and the 16-port PoE switch were being filed as plain clients on Air and Computers. The wider match is back and the test suite is green again.

   Company admin downloads a Kotlin companion zip on Account. It POSTs connected SSID RSSI with the collector Bearer. Safari, Chrome, and this PWA never read dBm. iPhone stays typed. Harborline stays the compiled demo.

   Find, Air, and Stats now count typed walk samples as the wifi numbers. Harborline switch PoE, VLAN mix, and associated clients stay labeled sample. The heatmap blooms already shipped.

   • ●Stats opens on walk quality / band / SSID. Sample PoE and top talkers no longer look live.
   • ●Find’s wifi KPI is walk samples. Harborline-Corp client counts stay in the hint, labeled sample.

   Harborline Air no longer fills fake coverage circles from sample airtime. The colored blooms are typed RSSI. Orange dots are sample AP locations so you can still open an AP.

   Air and Stats now count the typed walk — quality, band, SSID, and which AP the samples sit on. Harborline still labels the demo airtime. A real building never shows Tacoma clients.

   Each typed RSSI point now blooms on Air. The side card shows count and average on that floor. Harborline still has the demo AP circles. A real building is samples only.
