Write invoice from this shop’s price book
Billing Write invoice picks SKUs from the company price book — the same catalog a work order uses. Qty is how many to bill. Not warehouse inventory. Closeout still uses the invoice PDF.

Each company has a price book
Company admins set the SKU prices techs hang on a work order. New lines and invoices use that book, not the placeholder catalog. Harborline can beta it. Not Enlighten’s seat fee.
- ●Billing → Price book. Catalog SKUs stay; a shop can reprice them or add its own code. Enlighten picks the company first.
- ●Did not mark plant-csv or first-building done. A real Waukesha plant still needs Mike’s spreadsheet.
