    Need-to-do card for the paid-job flow shops need: create an estimate, turn it into a work order once approved, invoice when ready. Cable / IT / Electric packages. Not Accubid takeoff.

    • ●Jobs today are draft → in progress → ready to bill → billed only. No estimate/quote stage yet.
    • ●electric-estimate stays done (electrical SKUs on WOs). This card is the missing approve→WO→invoice path. Ties jobs + invoice-pdf. No Stripe.

    Need-to-do cards for paid cash by end of 2026 plus Michael’s Lens wall-faceplate proof and a new-build walk after the first check. lantern-launch-tick only refreshes percents on existing cards — it does not invent new lines.
