Chrome is this ship — Tuesday, September 15, 2026: left sidebar, Search icon, icon + RackLume lockup. Then, in order, before Friday, September 25, 2026: closet switch + LDAP/TDR, floor hover, cameras, Air usage, plant CSV, first real building. Charge-the-walk is that Friday. The board on /launch is where we check them off. No Stripe.

1. Phase 0

   The tool exists

   Live at lantern.enlightenstudios.us. Harborline is the sample plant, not a customer.

   • ●Packages: MSP Basic, Cable Pro, Advanced, Electric Pro, Billing
   • ●Find, floors, Lens, closets, phones, air, stats
   • ●Jobs / work orders, PO, SKUs
   • ●Fluke PDF upload (no LinkWare parse)
   • ●Customer invoices, Net 30
   • ●SOP guides and Enlighten admin (approve, freeze, modules)

2. Phase 1

   Next

   Sellable plant

   Plant CSV, then price book, then invoice PDF, then a real building — in that order — before Friday, September 25, 2026. No Stripe.

   • ●Plant CSV import for a live building (not compiled Harborline)
   • ●Per-company price book — real SKU prices, not placeholders
   • ●Sendable invoice PDF (thin closeout)
   • ○First real building: an Enlighten / Waukesha job is enough

3. Phase 2

   Later

   First paying shop

   A neighbor pays Enlighten for seats. Their customer still pays them.

   • ●Published Lantern price (Cable Pro and Electric Pro $99/$35; Electric + Cable Pro $149/$50)
   • ○Plant walk billed and loaded for that shop’s first building
   • ○QuickBooks invoice from Enlighten to the shop
   • ●Freeze the tenant if they stop paying — plant stays, logins don’t
   • ○First neighbor: Tritech (Waukesha), Brew City PC (Oconomowoc), Kelley, RD Technology, Edge Electric, Kohl, or Terminal-Andrae — neighbors, not customers yet

4. Phase 3

   Later

   1–5 shops

   Lantern is a tool for Enlighten and the shops we already know. Not a sales org.

   • ○Repeat plant import as a billed service
   • ○Keep the subscription boring — same SKU, same freeze
   • ○Optional Stripe later, after checks already work

5. Phase 4

   Later

   Midwest line of business

   20–40 shops. Mapping is the product. Subscription is the meter.

   • ○Charge the walk every time a building is new
   • ○Do not hire a hunter. Neighbors and referrals.
   • ○Still not D-Tools, Accubid, ConnectWise, QuickBooks, LinkWare, or iTRACS
