   Enlighten admin can compose shop user accounts

   Operator → Users on /admin/users creates a shop seat with package, username, email, first and last name. Filter the list, then edit or disable. Password hashes never appear. Team invites stay for company admins.

   Work tab: MSP client book and encrypted vault

   MSP shops get Work → Book: client info, attach shop locations, PCs from PC Agent / LAN scan, and an encrypted password vault. Hardware add stays on Systems. Secrets are AES-GCM — not plaintext in lantern.json and not in the audit log.

   Harborline demo admin is company admin again

   The Harborline admin login card is shop admin (Team, billing, invites), not a field tech. A Team role save had left that seat as tech. The roster now pins every Harborline login-card seat back on boot. Passwords were not rewritten.

   • ●admin@harborline.local is org_admin again. ops@ stays shop owner. Named techs stay techs.
   • ●Team cannot demote a login-card Harborline seat. Tools reset also restores role, not only the printed password.
   • ●None of those seats can open Enlighten Admin. Password hashes untouched.

   Every Harborline demo seat is on the login page with a password that works

   Three demo seats existed but their passwords were published nowhere, so trying them with the LanternDemo1 the login page prints said Wrong password. The login cards now list all nine seats, each with its own password.

   • ●ops@harborline.local, field@harborline.local, and desk@harborline.local are cards on the Harborline demo panel — Team, named tech, and employee walks.
   • ●One roster behind the cards, the seed, and the Tools reset, so a demo seat cannot exist without a card that prints a password that works.
   • ●Tools → Reset demo password now repairs all nine seats instead of two.
   • ●No stored password was reset and the Enlighten operator seat was not touched.

   The MDF cabinet shows every active port, not just PoE

   Open a closet and the switch draws the same faceplate Air uses — PoE copper, plain copper, and SFP uplinks. Under the rack there is a new Ports in this cabinet list so you can trace a live drop that has no PoE on it.

   • ●Filter the list by Active, PoE, or All. Each row opens the circuit path.
   • ●A row carries jack and room, VLAN, MAC, TDR length, and the directory name when the plant has them.
   • ●Watts and link speed show only when a controller pull reported them. Everything else reads Unknown instead of a guess, and 0 W means the controller really said zero.
   • ●TDR length stays typed or tester. Lantern still does not bind your directory or scrape your switches.

   Collector walks unknown RFC1918 neighbors

   Shop collector follows LLDP/CDP to other private-LAN switches, not only the chassis you named. Phones stay endpoint names. No WAN sweep from Plesk. No guest SSID.

   Demo seats per package, plus Electric + Cable

   Harborline admin still shows the whole system. Sign in has a card per package: MSP, Cable Pro, Electric Pro, and Electric + Cable. Electric-only rail is panels, drops, jobs, billing, and tickets — no floors.

   • ●Sixth package: Electric + Cable Pro at the same $99 / $35 meter. Floors, closets, and APs come back on that seat.
   • ●Tickets is on the shop rail for Electric and the combo. Harborline sample tickets.

   Sign in cards for admin, MSP, Cable Pro, Electric Pro, and Electric + Cable are live. Electric-only is panels and the bill — no floors. Tickets is on that rail.

   Production TypeScript build is green

   launch-changelog.tsx and the changelog store share one ChangelogEntry shape. The 4037d62 webpack build failed because the page still expected commit groups after the store rewrite. Footer, Terms, and Privacy stay public. Live hashes stay put.
